Created by Lineage Dance, The Pasadena Dance Festival will be held February 23, 2008 at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. The festival will highlight the dance community of Pasadena and feature teachers and performers from the greater Los Angeles area.
Classes and showcase performances will run all day long. A professional performance will be presented on the main stage the same evening. This project is made possible in part by a generous grant from the Pasadena Arts & Culture Commission and the City of Pasadena Cultural Affairs Division.
Lineage Dance is dedicated to raising funds for charitable organizations, as well as to making the arts accessible to all. Proceeds from the Festival will benefit the Pasadena Educational Foundation Arts Fund.
APPLICATION DEADLINE for teachers and performers: NOVEMBER 26, 2007.
